Services

Seven systems that turn attention into booked work.

Each one closes a specific leak: the call you missed, the quote you forgot, the review you never asked for, the search you never showed up in.

01 — Always on

AI Receptionist

A chat assistant on your website that greets every visitor, answers real questions about your services, and turns the conversation into a booked appointment or a complete quote request.

  • Answers questions about services, coverage, pricing ranges and lead times — in your words
  • Books appointments straight into your calendar
  • Collects everything you need to quote
  • Hands off to a human the moment a conversation needs one
  • Identifies itself as an assistant when asked — never impersonates a person
Why it matters: 78% of consumers have abandoned a business over a missed call, and 82% called a competitor instead. CallRail also found 52% of consumers see an after-hours AI assistant as a sign of better service.

Disclosure: A growing list of states — New York, California, Washington and others — now require that people be told when they are talking to AI. We build that in from the start rather than retrofitting it later.
02 — Never a missed call

AI Voice Agent

Answers the phone when you can’t — on a roof, under a sink, on the other line, or asleep. It speaks with the caller, answers real questions, books the appointment, and texts you the details before you’ve put your tools down.

  • Picks up on the first ring, 24/7 — including the second call while you’re on the first
  • Answers questions about your services, coverage area and lead times
  • Books straight into your calendar and confirms by text
  • Captures name, number, address and the job before the caller hangs up
  • Transfers a live call to you when it should be you
  • Full transcript and recording of every call, in your inbox
  • Says it’s an assistant when asked — never pretends to be a person
Why it matters: 78% of consumers have abandoned a business over a missed call, and 82% called a competitor instead. A 411 Locals study across 85 small businesses found 62% of calls went unanswered; ServiceTitan, across 3,000+ trades businesses, found only 42% of inbound calls converted to booked jobs.

Disclosure: Callers are told they’re speaking with an assistant. Several states now require this, and recording laws vary — we configure both correctly for Minnesota before the line goes live.
03 — Reputation

Automated Google Reviews

A request goes out the moment a job closes, by text then email, so reviews arrive steadily instead of never.

  • Triggered by the completed job, not a monthly reminder
  • Text first, email second — one tap to your Google review page
  • Every customer gets asked, not just the happy ones
  • A separate internal feedback channel so problems reach you fast
  • Drafted replies for every review that comes in
  • Requests go only to customers who consented to be contacted
Compliance note: Google prohibits review gating — screening customers and only inviting the happy ones to post. We don't do it, and you shouldn't let anyone do it for you. Profiles get suspended over this. Asking everyone works better anyway: volume and recency are what customers filter on.

We also never tie an incentive to a positive review — the FTC's Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule prohibits conditioning a reward on sentiment, and it carries civil penalties. Requests go out only to customers who consented to be contacted; unconsented automated texts run $500 to $1,500 per message under the TCPA.
04 — Revenue recovery

Automated Quote Follow-Up

Most estimates are lost to silence, not price. A multi-touch sequence keeps working your open quotes long after everyone else moved on.

  • Instant acknowledgment the moment a quote goes out
  • A cadence across text and email, timed in days and weeks
  • Real messages, not “just checking in”
  • Any reply stops the sequence and pings you immediately
  • Long-horizon nurture so a spring quote can close in the fall
  • Every message carries a working opt-out, honored immediately
Why it matters: Contacting a lead within the first hour makes qualification roughly seven times more likely. 56% of customers now expect a response inside an hour.

Built to comply: Sequences run only for contacts who gave express consent. Texts carry STOP instructions, emails carry a working unsubscribe and a physical address as CAN-SPAM requires, and an opt-out stops everything at once.
05 — Local visibility

Google Business Profile Optimization

For most local businesses the profile outperforms the website. We treat it like a product: fully built, actively maintained, monitored.

  • Categories chosen against what actually ranks in your market
  • Every service listed with a real description
  • Weekly posts, regular photos, seeded Q&A
  • Name, address and phone consistent across the directories Google cross-references
  • Monitoring for suspensions and unauthorized edits
  • Your real business name only — no keywords stuffed into it
Why it matters: Google still drives most local discovery, and your profile is also a primary source AI assistants read when deciding who to recommend.

What we won't do: Stuff keywords into your business name, list a virtual office you don't staff, or create a second profile for the same business. All three are common agency shortcuts and all three are grounds for suspension. We manage your profile with your documented consent, as Google requires.
06 — Foundation

Search Engine Optimization

Rankings that end in phone calls. The technical foundation plus the pages that match how customers actually search for what you do, where you do it.

  • Core Web Vitals, mobile rendering, crawlability, site architecture
  • Service and city pages that are genuinely distinct
  • Structured data so machines can parse what you offer
  • Local authority from associations, suppliers and press
  • Tracking that ties rankings to calls and booked jobs
Straight talk: SEO compounds, it doesn't switch on. Meaningful movement takes three to six months. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is buying it or lying about it.
07 — The new front door

GEO — Generative Engine Optimization

Getting your business named and recommended inside ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity — where a growing share of decisions now start and end.

  • A baseline of who currently gets named for your customers' prompts
  • Entity clarity so models know who you are and where you work
  • Answer-shaped content with real, quotable numbers
  • Earned mentions across directories, local press and communities
  • Monthly tracking of your share of voice across assistants
Why now: Zero-click Google searches rose from 56% to 69% after AI Overviews launched. Visitors arriving from ChatGPT converted at 15.9% versus 1.76% from traditional organic.
Questions

Common questions

No. Most clients start with one — usually the receptionist or review automation, because those pay back fastest. The free analysis tells you which one is costing you the most right now.

We never pretend otherwise. It's transparent when asked and hands off to a human when a conversation needs one. In practice customers care far more about an immediate, accurate answer than about who typed it.

The receptionist is typically live in one to two weeks. Review and quote follow-up automation usually inside a week. SEO and GEO are ongoing programs where the first structural work lands in month one.

Starting prices are published on our pricing page — the AI receptionist and AI voice agent start at $197/month each, review automation and quote follow-up at $149, and the four together at $590. What moves the number is your call volume, how competitive your trade is locally, and how much needs fixing first. Everything is month to month after the build, and you get a fixed quote after the free analysis.

Not sure where to start?

The free analysis answers that. You keep the findings either way.
